The We Build People Pastor's Kit is designed to serve as an interactive implementation guide for leaders in developing a unique and intentional strategy for building people in their churches. The kit will guide them through each step in developing a people building process which will touch every aspect of their churches.

The Implementation Section used in conjunction with the age-level specific materials provides the tools to tailor your approach for the various groups in your church. Owners of the We Build People Pastor's Kit have permission to photocopy the implementation section and work sheets so that you will have the resources to work through each phase of implementation.

1. Implementation Section.
   This section guides leadership through the implementation of We Build People as a whole-church philosophy. It includes the Implementation Guide and reproducible work sheets to help your church develop your own unique approach to intentionally building people. Using this material, you will assess the effectiveness of your present ministries and then develop a strategy to design ministries to help people become devoted followers of Christ. (This section is to be photocopied and used with all age-level sections.)
2. Leader's Orientation Section.
   This section is designed to give additional background information and insights to assist leaders in the understanding and implementation of the We Build People philosophy.
3. Age-Level Implementation Sections.
   These sections are designed to help you implement the We Build People philosophy in the various age-level ministries of your church. These sections are supplements to the primary Implementation Section providing specific age-level instructions, suggested adaptations of the material, and work sheet examples. Also included in these sections are annotated resource lists and seminar notes. The resources are listed according to the stage of spiritual development which they most aptly help develop at the various age levels. As you work to implement the We Build People philosophy at each age level, you will want to photocopy the Implementation Section and the specific age-level section as a guide for your leadership team.
4. Sermon Outlines.
   These outlines are designed to help you communicate the We Build People philosophy to your congregation. Additional sermon ideas, outlines, and illustrations can be found in We Build People: Making Disciples for the 21st Century.
5. Promotional Art and Resources.
   This section provides clip art and a list of resources that are available to help you cast the vision before your congregation.
6. We Build People: Making Disciples for the 21st Century.
   Read this book to get a thorough understanding of the We Build People philosophy. Involve your leadership in the process by encouraging them to read the book and to work through the process together. A multimedia instructor's kit is available (not included, order #081298) to teach the material contained in this book to your leaders and congregation. 7. Investigating Series Leaders Guides.
   The four books in the Investigating Series allow a person to investigate what it means to be committed to each of the four commitment areas that are called for in the We Build People philosophy. These study courses are designed to be used first with the leadership then with others in the congregation as they grow in their spiritual development. Additional leader's guides and student books can be purchased from the Gospel Publishing House.
8. We Build People Video.
   This video is a promotional overview of the We Build People philosophy. The video is designed to help you communicate the basic philosophy to your leaders and congregation. It can be used as part of the training process for your leaders as well as a means of introducing the Investigating Series resources to people coming into the church.
